Offer-to-Purchase

How binding is an Offer to Purchase?

An OTP is a legal document that is binding, to you and to the dealership. This document confirms specifications of the vehicle you have undertaken to purchase and outlines the dealership's obligation to deliver your chosen vehicle to you. Once you sign this document you offer to buy the specific vehicle. If the dealership accepts your offer, a binding contract will be concluded.
